How The Application Works

Submit Your Application
Fill out and submit our application form in as much detail as possible. We will contact you to let you know if you’ve been approved for ownership and to give you more information.

Get on the Waitlist
If approved, it’s time to submit your $500 deposit. Sometimes, litters are sold before pups are even born, so it is wise to send in your deposit as early as possible. This will secure your spot on our waitlist, which we use on a first come first serve basis when our puppies are born.
All deposits are refundable up to the
time of the pup's birth and are
transferable to the next available litter,
at the buyer's request.

A New Litter Is Here!
We'll keep you updated with regular photos, videos, and progress reports of your puppy, alongside care tips and insights into their potential development, using images from previous litters with the same parents. We also warmly invite you and your loved ones to visit and meet our dogs firsthand, reinforcing the importance of transparency in breeding practices.

Make Your Final Payment
Upon the puppies reaching 8 weeks of age, the balance of your payment, after deducting the initial deposit, is required on the day of adoption.
We kindly accept guaranteed checks payable to Young at Heart Cotons, ZELLE Bank Transfers, or cash transactions.

Welcome Your New Puppy Home
Puppies are ready for their new homes at 8 weeks. We encourage picking them up from our home, but if that's not possible, we can arrange a halfway meet-up or offer home delivery for a fee. We prioritize puppy well-being and do not ship them. For distant clients, we provide a personal air travel delivery with Katie, ensuring safety and comfort, at an additional cost covering airfare and delivery.

To further support this commitment, all pets sold come with a spay/neuter agreement, with pedigree details released post-procedure.
